  10. When \printingnumbers{yes} and \countinglines{yes} have both been specified,
  11. this markup is used to specify what font the line number is to be printed in
  12. the margin of  a document.  It  need only be specified once  at the top of a
  13. document.  The  default is font "etsc 8", which  is English Times Small Caps
  14. at 8 point.

  22. Line numbering  is only available  on the phototypesetter.    This markup is
